Cancellation Policy

## 1. Session Format - Sessions are conducted **1-on-1 online** via Zoom or Google Meet. - Available session lengths: - **60 minutes** - **30 minutes** - Sessions focus on **portfolio direction, work evaluation, and decision-making**, not software tutorials or technical walkthroughs. --- ## 2. Validity Period - **3-session packs** must be used within **3 months** - **5-session packs** must be used within **5 months** - Any unused sessions will **expire automatically** after the validity period. - Extensions are not granted unless under **exceptional circumstances**, at the mentor’s discretion. --- ## 3. Booking & Rescheduling - Sessions must be booked **at least 8 hours in advance**. - Each session may be rescheduled **once**, with **at least 4 hours’ notice**. - Sessions canceled or rescheduled within **4 hours** of the scheduled time will be considered **used**. --- ## 4. Scope of Support Mentorship sessions may include: - Portfolio direction and structure review - Project selection and prioritization - Industry-level feedback on works-in-progress - Career positioning and next-step planning Mentorship does **not** include: - Step-by-step software or tool training - Execution of assignments or production work - Guaranteed job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes --- ## 5. Deliverables - Feedback is provided **verbally during sessions**. - Written summaries, follow-up notes, or documentation are **not guaranteed**, unless explicitly stated in a specific plan. --- ## 6. Results Disclaimer - Outcomes depend on the student’s execution, time investment, and market conditions. - No guarantees are made regarding job offers, interviews, or employment results. - The purpose of mentorship is to **reduce wasted time and wrong-direction effort**, not to promise outcomes beyond the student’s control. --- ## 7. Refund Policy - All sessions and packages are **non-refundable** once booked. - Packages are **non-transferable**, unless prior written approval is granted. --- ## 8. Right to Refuse Service - Mentorship is not suitable for everyone. - I reserve the right to decline or discontinue mentorship if expectations, goals, or communication are misaligned. --- ## 9.
